About Us
THE ANGOLA SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH NETWORK or "ARN" is a free initiative that brings together the community of academics and researchers, belonging to institutions or independents, who develop their work about Angola.

Not having any university or ideological affiliations, nor any for-profit purpose, it does not define itself as a legal organization or association, but rather as a global critical mass of academics studying Angola, disseminating their work, facilitating their communications, promoting the exchange of experiences, and participating and organizing events.

As far as there is an area of science in which we intervene, ARN focuses on the social and human sciences related to Angola, whether in politics, law, economics, history, sociology, anthropology or culture.

It is our intention that this network will become known for its efforts to facilitate ties with the communities of researchers in Angola, and thus serve as a basis for successful collaborative work between academics for future generations.
